Tuff Car Parts (TCP) is not a manufacturer, rather we deal exclusively with third party products and are therefore effectively at the mercy of our suppliers when it comes to quality, reliability and longevity. We accept that most of our suppliers attempt to produce the best quality most viable products available, and we also expect these companies to have employed both quality control and quality assurance processes into their manufacturing base.
However, having a 100% reliance on others to supply consistent quality brings with it a possibility of failure. Therefore for us to further the cause of what we believe is a uniquely driven aftermarket parts supply business, at TCP we undertake to inspect each and every third party supplied part prior to it being shipped to our loyal customers. It’s not that we don’t trust suppliers, rather it’s a case of us wanting to do our best to ensure our customers receive the best available product; each and every time.

Any customer who has even the slightest doubt about the authenticity of products on any website including ours is encouraged to send an e-mail directly to the manufacturer of said product for verification. It’s a sad fact that some websites promote inauthentic product, some knowingly and others that may not even realize the product they are representing are reproductions or the like, as they are not purchasing directly from the manufacturer or manufacturer’s representative. Terms & Conditions
Parts sold by Tuff Car Parts are intended for use on motor vehicles, the engineering of which is therefore modified and deemed strictly for race use only. Once a vehicle is modified from factory specifications an engineering certificate must be issued for legal street driving. If purchasing and fitting parts sourced from Tuff Car Parts, it is entirely your responsibility to ensure the correct paperwork is completed.

If a part fails and is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, Tuff Car Parts will follow up all warranty claims.
Parts fitted by unqualified/untrained persons and a resultant parts failure due to poor workmanship will not be covered by warranty. Tuff Car Parts will pass on any fees/charges for the return of replacement/repaired items.

The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submittal of any purchase order to Tuff Car Parts indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supersede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by Tuff Car Parts.

By ordering from Tuff Car Parts you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database. From time to time we may contact you about offers and new products. You can easily be removed by either unsubscribing via a link or contacting our Customer Service team at sales@tuffcarparts.com.au and we will remove you from marketing communications.

Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or order form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Following receipt of your order Tuff Car Parts reserves the right at any time to accept or decline your order for any reason. Tuff Car Parts reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to cancel or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Tuff Car Parts is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by Tuff Car Parts.

Liability
Tuff Car Parts is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.

Delivery
Orders are generally shipped within 1 (one) business day, noting that once an order is in the possession of a courier or freight company, we do not have control over any delays they may encounter.
The delivery times provided by Tuff Car Parts are estimates only. Tuff Car Parts will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided.

Customs and Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Tuff Car Parts cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Tuff Car Parts will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.

Consolidated Shipping
Please note that our website is designed to accommodate single item only purchases. If ordering more than one item, we reserve the right to consolidate the items into one parcel. We will attempt to have items shipped together if more than one order is placed within a short timeframe. If we are able to consolidate orders, the tracking number for the orders will appear the same on all orders.

Acceptance of the Goods
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.

Change of Address
The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. In the event that a customer enters an incorrect address, address changes can only be made prior to order processing. Tuff Car Parts is unable to accommodate address change requests after an order has been processed.
Orders paid via Paypal can only be shipped to the address selected on the Paypal account.
Tuff Car Parts takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated. We do not ship to PO Boxes where stated.

Warranties and Repairs
All warranties offered are the manufacturer’s warranties and not that of Tuff Car Parts. Each manufacturer provides its own warranty periods and conditions and these will vary for each product.
All repairs are carried out by the manufacturer and not by Tuff Car Parts. In some cases, faulty items cannot be repaired and a replacement or refund will be offered. Tuff Car Parts cannot control the availability of parts of replacement goods.
Tuff Car Parts has no control over manufacturer repair periods and cannot advise what they will be. We will however do everything we can to ensure your faulty item is handled as quickly as possible and that you are informed throughout the process. In cases where you have returned goods directly to the manufacturer, Tuff Car Parts cannot be held accountable for repair periods or communication from the manufacturer.

Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You are responsible for all localised charges. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars. Non-Australian currency figures are all approximations based on an exchange rate.

Ordering is Easy & Risk Free!
Tuff Car Parts is committed to customer satisfaction - if receiving merchandise that proves faulty, simply return it to us within 30 days, in the condition that you received it and we will happily refund (refer to Returns Process).

Returns Process
Return's Checklist
If returning an item due to your own error, only the value of the returned goods will be reimbursed, not the shipping costs. A 25% restocking fee will apply.  Prior to any return, email sales@tuffcarparts.com for return approval.
If the error is ours, the return/exchange shipping will be reimbursed upon receipt with payment via the original payment service. Postage must be prepaid as no COD shipments will be accepted.
All returned items must be supplied with all internal and external packaging, accessories, swing tags, labels and manuals, and must not have been test fitted, used, marked or damaged in any way.
We recommend you use and insure your shipment via Australia Post. (Tuff Car Parts will not reimburse the insurance fee)
Return of custom or special ordered items is not accepted.
Damaged caused during shipping, or exchanges beyond 30 days of original order date will not be accepted. If damaged during shipping, a claim must be filed through the transport company. You must contact us first in order to file a claim. Include the original invoice/packing slip and specify the reason for return and if you are looking for an exchange or refund. If an exchange is unavailable, we will refund your order.
Prior to any return, email sales@tuffcarparts.com for return details. Refunds will be made available within four weeks or less and will be issued through the original payment provider (PayPal, Credit card or bank deposit).
Payment

Bank Deposits
Please ensure you include your order ID in the description field to allow us to trace the payment to your purchase. This is very important – Tuff Car Parts receives many payments each day and without a proper reference we cannot trace payments. There’s no need to include the item description in the description field.
Payment can be via Credit Card, PayPal, Money Order, Bank Cheque or Bank Deposit. PayPal and Credit Card are quickest and easiest way to pay.
You can set up a PayPal account in a couple of minutes. Please visit www.paypal.com to sign up.
Payment is charged to your PayPal account immediately and you will receive an email confirming your purchase from eBay. You will also receive an email confirming payment from PayPal.

• Do we offer combined postage?
Yes, where applicable.
• Are the prices of items negotiable?
All prices are set in our store are not negotiable. We do not offer discounts for multiples items purchased.
• The price of the item has changed.

• Can you hold an item so I pay at a later date?

All freight is based on an Australia Post/Freight company size and weight calculator which when combined with the Post Code dictates the amount charged
• Will International orders incur any customs or duty charges?

• When will my order be shipped?
Orders are generally shipped within 1 (one) business day of receiving payment. When you place and pay for an order you will receive an email confirmation. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday by Australia Post or other courier companies.
• How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive a notification and shipping email when your order has shipped. You will receive  a tracking number, which you can click on to track the delivery of your order. Tracking will generally begin working after 6pm on the day your order was shipped.
• Are you able to change my shipping address?
No.
Not for orders paid via Paypal or once an order has left us and is in transit.
Please ensure you have the correct shipping address in both your online account and your PayPal account before placing an order. You are asked to confirm this address twice.
If you believe any details of your shipping address are incorrect you will need contact us immediately.
As Paypal orders with an incorrect delivery address need to be cancelled, and a new order made with correct details.
• How do I return my item/s?
Tuff Car Parts is committed to customer satisfaction - if you receive any faulty merchandise, simply return it to us within 30 days, in the condition that you received it and we will happily refund*.
• I have checked my tracking and it shows that my parcel has been delivered. I cannot locate my parcel.
Can you assist?
You are able to track your order using the tracking number given when your order ships. If you are unsure, contact us and we will help follow it up.

Pickup Policy
We do not offer a pickup service for products under any circumstances. By not offering pickup as a delivery option we are able to keep our prices low and in turn our product range large. We run a company of convenience and we care about providing our customers the absolute best service online. The couriers we utilise require a signature upon delivery to ensure security, they are affordable, and also offer a track and trace facility that allows you to keep up to date with the whereabouts of your order.
